WE PURCHASED THIS ITEM THINKING IT WAS A BLACK AND WHITE DAMSAK PRINT, IT IS NOT!! IT IS MORE OF A TAN ALMOST BROWN AND BLACK COLOR. NOT ONLY WERE WE FOOLED ON THE COLOR BUT THE PRINT AS WELL, INSTEAD OF A UNIQUE DAMASK PRINT IT WAS MORE OF A FLORAL PATTERN. ONCE WE GOT IT ON THE DUVET IT DIDN’T LOOK HALF BAD SO WE THOUGHT WE’D KEEP IT, AND THEN ONCE WE HAD IT ALL LAID OUT, THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE DUVET COVER!! AGHHH!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered this set in the burgundy color and received it yesterday. In the package I found the product to be very pretty and the colors were very close to the picture. However, when I took it out I was able to really see the pattern and realized that there are little hearts that make up the floral-type pattern. They are truly everywhere. I like the idea of the comforter, but the hearts are definitely a deal-breaker. It is really soft and I feel like it is well made. So bottom line if you are cool with hearts it is great, but if you find them a bit cheesy, you may want to keep looking.

I bought this duvet set in the cream/black and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. I had been looking for a duvet cover set for a while and my main problem in finding a great one was the price. Sure, there are gorgeous ones out there, but for maybe $300. This set looks and feels great and is a great deal. It looks like a designer set but for a fraction of the cost. Also, the double sided feature is a great way to get a different look without having to buy a whole new set. My only complaint would be that they do wrinkle quite easily.

I washed ours before we put them on our comforters…no pilling. They are very soft right out of the package and very pretty I might add. We put these duvets on two down comforters for our bedroom (the European way) and they are just gorgeous! Very nice and soft. Very cozy and dreamy to sleep under. I’d buy these again…although it does help that they are covering down comforters!!
